Professor Martin Edwards

Co-investigator, Marine Biological Association (MBA)

Martin Edwards is Chief Scientist of the Continuous Plankton Recorder (CPR) Survey at the Marine Biological Association (MBA)  and Professor of Ocean Ecology at the University of Plymouth.

His primary research interests are on environmental change impacts on marine ecosystems ranging from marine biodiversity, biogeographical and phenological changes to whole ecosystem regime shifts.  He has written over 150 publications including peer-reviewed papers, book chapters and policy related reports and assessments.

Martin is a co-investigator on the DIAPOD project.
