Vegan at Sea-gan: The Arctic Ocean

The Arctic Institute (Center for Circumpolar Security Studies) has collated a series of commentaries, articles and multimedia posts under the heading of “Breaking the Arctic’s Ice Ceiling.”

This collection highlights the work of women living and working in the Arctic.

Holly Jenkins, PhD student at the University of Southampton and part of the DIAPOD project, has contributed to “Breaking the Arctic’s Ice Ceiling” with an article on her Arctic research experience.
