I am a trained chemical technical assistant (CTA) and did my bachelor‘s degree in pharmaceutical and chemical engineering at Beuth University of Applied Science in Berlin.

My bachelor thesis was in cooperation with Leibniz-Institute of Freshwater Ecology and Inland Fisheries (IGB) where I gained experience in biogeochemical processes in limnological systems.

I started working at Alfred Wegener Institute (AWI) in 2020 and support the Diatom-ARCTIC Project with lab work, especially lipid and Isotope analysis.

Diatom-ARCTIC is co-funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research and by NERC.
